Mini Retreat Series for Women
I’m offering this mini retreat series in spring/winter of 2021 via zoom and surely someday in person again! These moments of retreat are an opportunity to boost your equanimity and vitality and deepen your personal practice. You’ll learn daily restorative, detoxification and revitalization practices. – To enhance your vital energy through food, exercise, understanding hormones, and getting to know your sensual-self. For women seeking greater physical, emotional, & psycho-sensual well being.
Retreats begin January 16, 2021 and continue on Saturdays,
